Ingredients
- 2 slices toast
- 0.5 slice ½ (s) ham, cooked
- some butter
- 1 sheet iceberg lettuce
- 2 slices cucumber (s)
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 tablespoon tartar sauce
- 2 teaspoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Seasoned Salt
- pepper
- Chilli powder

- Toast the toast slices and brush with butter while they are still warm. Place the lettuce and ham on top.
- Finely dice the eggs, mix well with the tartar sauce, cream cheese and mustard and season with the spices.
- Spread on the toast, place cucumber slices over them, place another slice of toast on top and cut the sandwich diagonally.
- If you like, you can put a few more strips of paprika on the sandwich.
