Hot Ham Sandwiches

Sandwiches are the perfect dish for a quick bite. We offer you an easy recipe for hot ham sandwiches that satisfy hunger perfectly.
Ingredients
- Sandwich buns – 3 pcs.
- Ham – 200 g
- Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 4-5 pcs.
- Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
- Butter – 50 g
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Fresh greens – to taste
Directions
- We prepare the ingredients for the hot ham sandwiches according to the list. Chicken eggs need to be boiled hard (10 minutes after boiling). Then put the eggs in a saucepan under cold water. We peel chicken eggs.
- Cut the chicken eggs into small cubes and place in a small bowl.
- Grind pickled cucumbers in the same way. Add to the eggs.
- Season the ingredients with any mayonnaise.
- We mix.
- We turn on the oven. We set the temperature to 220-240 degrees and proceed to the formation of hot sandwiches. Cut the buns across into two halves.
- Grease each half with butter.
- Cut the ham into slices and place them on the buns.
- Put the prepared cucumber and egg salad on a slice of ham.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with grated cheese.
- We bake sandwiches with ham for 3-4 minutes, then we take them out of the oven. Sprinkle hot sandwiches with chopped fresh herbs.
