Chicken Hot Sandwiches Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into rings, 1 cm thick.
  2. Sprinkle the fillet with garlic salt and pepper, grease the onion with oil.
  3. Grill fillets and onions in medium heat, covered, for 12-15 minutes. Turn once during frying. Cut the finished chicken into thin slices.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover a baking sheet 35×25 cm with foil. Spread out the bacon strips, bake for 15 minutes, until crispy. Place the bacon on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Cut the baguettes lengthwise. Remove the crumb, leaving 1.75 cm sides. Grease the inside of the baguettes with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard.
  6. Layer the chicken slices, onion rings, bacon, and cheese inside the bottom of each baguette. Cover with the top half and press down. Wrap each sandwich in foil and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Place the sandwiches on the grill rack and cover. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes.
  8. Cut each baguette into 4 pieces and serve.
  9. Hot sandwiches with chicken, bacon, and cheese are ready.
