Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Boil a pudding with the juice, vanilla sugar and pudding powder, let it cool, stir occasionally so that no skin forms and sweeten with sweetener to taste, then stir in the yoghurt.
Puree the cherries (except for a handful to decorate) and, if necessary, sweeten them. Mix the quark with the cherry puree (up to approx. 8 tablespoon). If the quark is too firm for you, you can stir it creamier with a little milk.
First fill quark, then pudding and again quark in small glass bowls. Finally, decorate with the 8 tablespoon puree, cherries and grated chocolate.
