  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • salt
  • pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish with the clarified butter.
  2. Slice the potatoes very thinly. Put the potato slices in cold water so that the starch comes out.
  3. Squeeze the garlic cloves and cut the Greyezer into pieces, then mix with the cream. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and cinnamon.
  4. Drain the potatoes well, layer them in the baking dish and pour the cream and cheese sauce over them. Place the form in the oven on the middle rack and bake for about 1 hour.
