Ingredients

  • 3 cup flour
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 packs cake icing, red
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, white, rated

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, oil and water with a hand mixer until creamy.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve. Sifting makes the dough extra light. Spread the mixture on a deep baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 175 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, chop or puree the strawberries.
  4. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the packet and mix it with the strawberry mixture. Spread this strawberry glaze on the cooled dough. Let cool down.
  5. Mix the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar and whip until stiff.
  6. Spread on the cake and sprinkle with the white chocolate flakes.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
