Ingredients

3 egg (s)
1 medium onion (s)
25 g bacon, vary the amount accordin to your own taste
Olive oil, or sunflower oil

Instructions

Cover a small to medium-sized pan with enough oil (sunflower, olive or other oil, depending on your taste). Let the pan get hot and then add the bacon first and sweat it slowly. Meanwhile, cut the onion into small cubes. As soon as the bacon in the pan has turned a red to dark red color (not yet brown!), Also add the onions to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes (be careful not to turn the bacon too brown).
Then place the three eggs either separately in the pan or together as scrambled eggs. Now stir regularly to achieve constant solidification and mixing with the onions and bacon. Depending on the degree of browning you prefer, fry for a short or long time in the pan, then serve.
