Ingredients
- 20 egg (s), cooked and peeled
- ml 1,000 mayonnaise
- 250 g peas, youn, fresh
- 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 20 g chives
- salt
- pepper

- Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, salt, pepper and chives and season to taste. Cut the boiled and peeled eggs into small pieces and mix with the young peas in the mayonnaise. Use as a delicious spread.
