Egg white Casserole with Squid and Broccoli

Unusual, but very tender and tasty squid dish. Whipped proteins, with the addition of chopped broccoli and boiled squid, are baked in the oven.
Ingredients
- Egg whites – 3 pcs.
- Squids (carcasses) – 1-2 pcs.
- Broccoli (small) – 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Ground red pepper – to taste
- Olive oil – for frying
Directions
- Boil the squids. To do this, dip the carcasses in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
- Season the egg whites with salt and pepper. Beat the whites. Slice the squids. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences.
- Grind broccoli and squid with a blender. Mix with proteins. Grease a mold with olive oil.
- Preheat the oven. Put the mass into the mold. Bake at 160 degrees until the protein mass is ready.
