- 200 ml milk
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 100 g ham or bacon
- 2 slices cheese, sort as desired
- 2 potatoes, cooked
- 4 pinches salt
- 4 pinches pepper
- 4 pinches paprika powder
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- parsley
- chives
- Butter, or oil

- Dice the onions and ham or bacon and slowly fry in butter or oil with a pinch of sugar until the onions are translucent.
- Briefly put the eggs, milk, fried onions, ham or bacon, chives, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika in the blender. In a baking dish, lay the cooked peeled potatoes flat on the bottom. Put the mixed ingredients on the potatoes, put the cheese slices on top and place in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
