200 g low-fat quark
10 g hazelnuts, chopped
1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

Mix the quark and egg together and bake in the microcook or another microwave-safe container for 5 minutes at 600 watts. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped hazelnuts.
Tastes great with a wide variety of toppings.
