Ingredients
- 80 g butter
- 80 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 160 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 500 g quark
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet pudding powder (cream flavor)
- 150 grams sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 1 cup oil
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoon sugar

- Prepare a dough from the first five ingredients. Knead the base well and distribute it in the greased baking pan, pulling it up a little at the edge.
- Mix the remaining ingredients (except for the egg white and 3 tablespoons of sugar) into the topping and place on the base.
- Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
- Mix the egg whites with 3 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar and pour onto the topping. Bake for another 5 - 10 minutes.
