- 60 g quark
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 ½ tablespoon oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 125 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 0.25 ¼ white cabbage
- 1 vegetable onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 200 g pork meat
- 0.5 ½ cup water
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) marjoram
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g crème fraîche

- For the dough, mix the quark, egg, oil and salt gently. Mix the flour with the baking powder and quickly knead into the curd mixture. Line a springform pan with baking paper. Roll out the dough and place in the springform pan. Pull up the edge.
- For the filling, cut the cabbage and onion into fine strips and sauté in oil. Finely chop the pork meat over it and fry it vigorously. Add the water and spices and cook in an open pan for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Mix the egg with the crème fraîche. Put the cabbage on the dough and spread the cream mixture on the cake. Bake in the oven at 200 - 225 ° C for 35 minutes.
