Ingredients

For covering:

700 g plum (s)
3 tablespoon oil
Sugar and cinnamon to taste

Instructions

Make a kneading dough from quark, oil, milk, sugar, baking powder and flour, roll it out, place on a springform pan, put the springform ring around it and pull up a small edge of the dough.
Wash, core, halve or quarter the plums and spread on the dough. Drizzle over the 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle some of it on top. Bake the cake at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes, then take it out of the oven and sprinkle it again with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
