Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 dash vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, fresh, chopped

- Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Cut the onion into fine cubes and all other ingredients into small pieces. Also add to the bowl and season with pepper from the mill, salt, a little vinegar and fresh herbs.
- The quantities given are only guidelines and are not relevant for a salad - the taste decides. This salad is enough for me for two days. When stored in the refrigerator, it tastes great the next day.
