  • 4 tablespoon kernels (salad kernel mix)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients except for the lettuce stones in a bowl, add the quark, egg and egg whites. Mix the dough well with the dough hook of the hand mixer for about 5 minutes, then let it stand for about 10-15 minutes to swell.
