- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 400 ml yogurt
- 250 g spelled (spelled flour)
- 250 g flour (wheat flour)
- 100 ml water
- 1 teaspoon salt

- The yeast is dissolved with the sugar in the yoghurt (room temperature) (leave to stand for 10 minutes). Spelled flour, wheat flour, salt and water (warm) are added and kneaded thoroughly (approx. 5 minutes). The dough is left in a warm place for about 60 minutes. It should double as you walk. Then it is kneaded again and filled into a bread pan (or loaf pan) (there should be at least 3 cm of space up to the top of the pan). After another 10 minutes of walking (during this time preheat the oven to 200 ° C) the bread is brushed with milk on top and the pan is placed in the oven. The bread is baked on the lower rack for 25-35 minutes. After this time I topple it out of the mold and bake it for another 5-10 minutes so that the crust is nice and crispy at the bottom, but that`s a matter of taste, of course!
