Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant (200 g)
  • oil
  • 150 g minced beef
  • 4 sprigs mint
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 100 g sheep cheese, mild
  • 1 sachet baking mix, for pizza dough (230 g)
  • 0.5 can ½ (s) tomato (s), seasoned, for pizza

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the aubergine, cut across into slices. Fry in hot oil in portions, drain on kitchen paper. Fry the mince in hot oil.
  2. Put some mint leaves aside, chop the rest. Peel the garlic, press through, stir into the mince with the chopped mint, season.
  3. Heat the electric oven to 200 degrees.
  4. Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into fine strips. Crumble the sheep`s cheese.
  5. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the package. Roll out in a round shape and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with pizza topping. Spread the mince, aubergines and peppers on top. Sprinkle with sheep cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves.
