  • 500 ml milk
  • 500g flour
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 stomach, (pig stomach) available from the butcher
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, flour and eggs well. If you like, you can also season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the whole thing with the hack. Fill the pig`s stomach with the mixture 3/4 full. Either sew up the opening of the pig`s stomach or simply tie it with a thicker ribbon (sausage ribbon). So that the pig`s stomach does not get stuck in the pot, simply put in a plate or a hanging sieve and place the stomach on it. Fill the pot with salted water and cook slowly for about 3 hours.
