Ingredients

  • 80 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 60 ml milk or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon butter or clarified butter
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt (possibly coconut yogurt or pineapple yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon raisins, possibly
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the set:

  • possibly canned pineapple
  • possibly powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg with the sugar until frothy. Mix all ingredients except for the butter.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and add the batter. Let it brown lightly. Turn like a thick pancake, lightly brown the second side as well. Tear into pieces and continue to fry until the desired brown color is achieved.
  3. Or preparation with just one pan to wash dishes (my single method): Put all ingredients except the butter in a coated pan, stir carefully. Turn the stove on to the highest heat. Keep stirring until the batter starts to set. Then add the butter and fry, stirring and plucking again and again until you have a Kaiserschmarrn.
  4. Serve the dish as a main course for 1 person or as a dessert for 2 people. Apply with pineapple pieces from the can or simply dusted with powdered sugar.
