Ingredients
- 1 head endive salad or as a substitute frisée
- 3 tablespoon, heaped mayonnaise, homemade or Miracel Whip
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 onion (s) chopped

- Wash the lettuce, spin dry and cut into very fine strips.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the onions, lemon juice, powdered sugar and honey and stir in the hard-boiled egg, finely chopped. Mix with the salad.
- Tastes excellent with fish and mashed potatoes. A little tip: we like to mix the salad with the puree delicious on the plate!
