Ingredients

  • 140 g butter
  • 140 g suar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 250 g flour
  • 5 g bakin powder
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Beat in the egg yolks, add the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder and mix into a firm dough.
  2. Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then roll out the dough and cut out about 30 circles. Place half of it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle the chocolate flakes in the middle of it.
  4. Place the remaining dough circles on the circles sprinkled with chocolate and press lightly on the edge so that the chocolate does not run out during baking.
  5. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 10 minutes.
