- 7 g coffee beans (espresso)
- 30 ml milk
- 30 ml water
- possibly sugar, brown

- You need well-chosen espresso beans, a coffee grinder and an espresso machine or an espresso pot and a milk frother.
- Freshly grind the espresso beans and place in the portafilter of the jug filled with water or in the portafilter of the machine. Bring to the boil or switch on the machine.
- Fill up the finished espresso with frothed milk, if necessary sweeten with brown sugar and enjoy!
