  • 2 orange (s), untreated
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 600 ml coffee, espresso or strong coffee
  • 4 piece (s) anise (star anise)
  • 600 g preservin suar

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the peel of one orange, cut the other orange into thin slices.
  2. Bring the coffee with oranges, orange peel, spices and preserving sugar to the boil. Let it boil for four minutes (make a gelling test) and fill it immediately into sterile glasses.
