Ingredients

  • Petals, 2 red scented roses
  • Petals, from 1 yellow-orange fragrant rose
  • Petals, from 1 white-yellow fragrant rose
  • 6 lavender tips
  • 100 g rock suar
  • 600 ml schnapps, (grain), approx.
  • possibly vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Pick the petals from the roses and the tips of the lavender. Put both in an ex-pickle jar with a capacity of approx. 600 g. Add the rock candy (if you like, you can also add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar) and fill everything up to the brim with grain so that all the petals are covered with grain.
  2. Screw on the glass and place it in a not too sunny place for about 6 - 8 weeks and let it steep.
  3. Filter off the liqueur and fill it in bottles.
  4. After filtering, I let the liqueur steep in the cellar for a good 8 months. During the tasting, the taste of the roses came out well, that of the lavender was very subtle.
