Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 4 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 125 g chocolate, rated
- 125 g hazelnuts, rated
- 150 grams flour
- 0.5 ½ point baking powder
- 1 point couverture (finished chocolate icing)

- Mix in a foam mixture of butter, sugar and the egg yolks, mix in the vanilla sugar and chocolate, do the same with the water, lemon juice and nuts.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the batter. Beat the four egg whites into snow and carefully fold them into the dough (preferably about a third first and then the rest). Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. After cooling, cover with chocolate icing - delicious!
