Chill the gin and vermouth. Pre-cool glasses. This is best done in the freezer or put ice cubes in the glasses and fill up with cold water, let stand until the glasses are cold.
Fill a blender jar with ice cubes, slowly fill up the vermouth until it reaches the bottom of the mixing glass. Drain through a strainer. Now pour the gin onto the ice (amount depends on the glasses to be filled, I never take more than two glasses, approx. 8-10 cl.) Now stir with a bar spoon, never longer than 30 seconds, otherwise the gin will water down. Pour into the prepared glasses through the sieve.
Now hose down the lemon peel onto the drink once. Put an olive skewered and patted dry in each glass.
