  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 bunch carrot (s)
  • 2 medium onion (s), red
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 200 g French beans
  • 50 g herb butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the potato cubes over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Peel the onions and cut into fine wedges. Drain the corn. Wash, dry and finely chop the chives.
  3. When the potato cubes are done, take them out and set aside.
  4. Fry the carrots and onions in a wok over high heat. After a few minutes add the beans. Then add the potato cubes and the corn. Season the vegetables and season to taste. Then add the chives rolls and the herb butter.
  5. If you like, you can also serve it with fried eggs.
