  • 1 large banana (s)
  • 5 tablespoon oatmeal, fine
  • 2 tablespoon bran (wheat bran)
  • 100 ml water
  • Teaspoon, sprinkled cinnamon powder
  • possibly cocoa powder
  • possibly nuts
  • possibly raisins
  • possibly fruit, fresh your choice (e.g. apple, pear, )

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash the banana with a fork, then transfer to a microwave-safe bowl. Then add the oat flakes, wheat bran, cinnamon and water and stir well.
  2. Now place the mass in the microwave for about 50 seconds at 600 watts. Stir again and the porridge is ready!
  3. If desired, more spices, nuts, raisins or more fruit can be added before heating.
