Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 small pointed pepper, red
  • Onion (s) or leek
  • 140 ml almond cream (Almond Cream Cuisine) or coconut milk
  • some chilli flakes or some pepper
  • some Himalayan salt or sea salt
  • Herbs (thyme, garlic or mushroom herb), fresh
  • coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon chia seeds made into gel, optional
  • 70 g parmesan made from sheep`s milk, rated, plus a little more to sprinkle on

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into quarter or half slices. Clean and slice the mushrooms, cut the peppers into strips, leeks or onions. Chop the chosen herbs.
  2. Briefly fry the ground beef without fat. Then add a little salt. Add the zucchini, onions or leeks - if used - to the meat and, depending on the strength, leave to fry for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Now put the mushrooms in the pan and fry again for 1 - 2 minutes. Mix in the peppers, almond cream and herbs as well as chilli flakes, chia gel and parmesan. Sprinkle a little parmesan on top.
