Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 250 g feta cheese or herder cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, white
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dill tips, dried
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink

- Put the quark, feta and cream cheese in a tall bowl, add the spices and puree everything well with the blender. If you don`t have mustard powder, you can crush normal mustard seeds in a mortar (the finer the better). You can also use a disused coffee grinder. But be careful that the mustard flour does not get too warm (max. 30 degrees), otherwise it will be bitter.
- Let it steep overnight, then season again to taste.
- Goes perfectly with salt crackers or white bread.
