Ingredients

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 350 g spinach, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml heavy cream, or soy cream

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, unscrew the stems and chop finely. Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms all around for 5 minutes while turning, season with salt, pepper and set aside.
  2. Now sauté the chopped mushroom stalks and the pressed garlic clove, add the feta, spinach and cream and season with salt and pepper. Fill the mushroom heads with it and bake in the oven at 200 ° for about 10 minutes.
