For the marinade:

  • 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoon ajvar
  • 2 teaspoons jam (orange jam)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 teaspoon herbs Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut like French fries. Wash and dry the chicken legs.
  2. Mix the marinade in a large bowl, turn the potatoes first, then the legs in the marinade.
  3. Place the potatoes on the greased baking sheet and place the chicken legs on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 ° (hot air) for about 1 hour.
