Ingredients
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 350 g penne
- 5 medium tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 chilli pepper (s), fresh
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan, freshly grated

- Fry the bacon in the olive oil and add the chopped onions and pitted, finely chopped chiles. Fry for 5 minutes and then add the diced tomatoes and season well.
- In the meantime, cook the noodles al dente. Drain, add to the bacon and tomato mixture, mix everything with parsley and parmesan and serve immediately.
