Ingredients

  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • 350 g penne
  • 5 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 chilli pepper (s), fresh
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in the olive oil and add the chopped onions and pitted, finely chopped chiles. Fry for 5 minutes and then add the diced tomatoes and season well.
  2. In the meantime, cook the noodles al dente. Drain, add to the bacon and tomato mixture, mix everything with parsley and parmesan and serve immediately.
