Ingredients

  • 3 fig (s), ripe fresh
  • 5 tablespoon hazelnuts, ground
  • 5 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa
  • some soy milk (soy drink)
  • some cardamom
  • some cinnamon
  • some spice mixture, (speculoos spice)
  • some margarine, (Alsan)
  • some almond (s), chopped
  • some syrup, (agave syrup)

Instructions

  1. Wash the figs, cut deeply in a cross shape and place in a mold.
  2. Mix the hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, cocoa and spices with a little soy milk to a firm mass and carefully fill the figs with them. Place a margarine flake on each of the figs and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes. Arrange on plates and pour some agave syrup over them.
