- 150 g yohurt, 3.5%, firm
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 stems lemon balm, for garnish

- Wash the figs, remove the stalk and cut into slices. Mix the yogurt and honey. Fan the figs on plates and pour the dressing over them. Garnish with lemon balm.
- Very tasty as a dessert.
