Ingredients

  • 1 ½ baguette (s)
  • 250 g double cream cheese
  • 150 g butter
  • 250 g ham, (raw and / or cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, hotter
  • 6 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 6 cucumber (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly olives, mushrooms, etc.

Instructions

  1. Halve the bread and hollow it out (e.g. with the style of a wooden spoon)
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the butter and mustard. Finely dice the ham, chop the eggs and roughly chop the pickles. Stir the mixture into the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill the baguette with it, wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours (preferably overnight) and let it set.
  4. Cut into slices before serving!
