Ingredients

  • 1 white bread / baguette
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 pickle (s)
  • 3 tablespoon herbs, mixed, chopped
  • 250 g herb butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the bread crosswise. Remove the crumb, leave a 1 cm wide edge. Dice eggs, ham, bell pepper and cucumber. Mix with the herbs and soft butter, season with salt and pepper. Fill the two halves of the bread with the mixture and press firmly together. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into slices before serving.
