Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil or other oil
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 125 g round beef
  • 250 ml tomatoes, passed
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). In the meantime, cut the sweet potatoes into pieces (wedges) and mix well together with the oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder in a bowl. The wedges should be covered all around with the wort.
  2. Mix the minced meat, tomato sauce, cheese, oat flakes and the finely chopped onion in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and herbs.
  3. Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds. Fill the pepper halves with the minced meat mixture and, if necessary, add some cheese for a crispy crust.
  4. Place the filled pepper halves and the potato wedges on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake for 30 - 35 minutes at approx. 200 ° C.
