Ingredients

  • 4 steak (s) (fillet steaks)
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 slices toast
  • 50 g herbs, mixed, chopped
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated (Gouda)

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and pat dry. Season with pepper. Fry in hot clarified butter on both sides, then season with salt and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  2. Peel and chop the onion and sauté in the frying fat. Dice the white bread and add to the onions with the herbs, egg and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on the steaks and bake everything for 10 minutes.
