Ingredients

  • 2 beef fillet (s), (150 - 00 grams each)
  • 100 g oat cream cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, red (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces. Wash and chop the basil. Add garlic, basil, a pinch of salt, ground red pepper, juice of half a lemon and 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to the goat cream cheese and stir well. Let it steep in the refrigerator for three hours. Preheat the oven to 80 ° C (no circulating air!). Fry the steaks in hot olive oil (approx. 2-5 minutes, depending on taste),
  2. place on a heat-proof plate. Brush with the fresh goat cheese mixture and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove, garnish with whole red pepper and serve. Side dishes: croquettes, vegetables and / or salad.
