Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 0.2 liters milk, cold
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), squeezed
- 2 banana (s)

- Mix the quark, milk and sugar together.
- Peel and mash the bananas with a fork and add to the curd mixture. Likewise the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything well and cool for at least 1 hour.
- If you like, you can also add the bananas to the mass, cut into small pieces.
