Mix the quark, egg yolks, sugar (to your own taste) and vanilla sugar together well. Mix in 2/3 of the fruit. Whip the cream and fold in (that makes the quark dish quite loose - but it is also possible with unbeaten cream). Beat the egg whites into snow and fold in.
Portion into bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours before consumption. Serve chilled and garnished with the rest of the fruit.
Pastries of your choice (a biscuit or a waffle, can also be wrapped in a pancake) are enough. A delicious dessert that always succeeds.
Tip: Tastes good with any kind of fruit, e.g., in the cold season with apples diced into small cubes, a small shot of calvados can be added.
