Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with butter and salt to the boil, sprinkle with the semolina. Stir until the mixture loosens from the bottom of the pan.
  2. Take the pan off the stove and stir the first egg into the still hot porridge. Then let it cool down for about 5 minutes. Then stir in the second egg. Season with nutmeg as needed.
  3. Use two wet teaspoons to cut small dumplings out of the porridge. Let cook in the broth for about 10 minutes.
