  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g butter, soft
  • 125 g yourt, (natural)
  • 75 g water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast

Instructions

  1. Rest time: 1 hour
  2. Cook time: 20 minutes
  3. Total time: 1 hour 40 minutes

  5. Mix yoghurt with water and honey well. Crumble the yeast and let it dissolve while stirring.
  6. Put the flour in a bowl, season with salt and stir in the yoghurt mixture. Add the softened butter and knead well for about 5 minutes. Preferably with a food processor.
  7. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes and knead again lightly with your hands.
  8. Roll out in a circle, cut into 8 parts and roll in from the outside in.
  9. Now let rise for another 15 minutes, brush or spray with a little water and sprinkle with grated cheese until the whole stick is covered with it.
  10. Then bake in the oven with it and on the middle rack at 200-220 ° C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
