  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 g quark, 20%
  • 125 g flour, type 550
  • 1 bottle butter-vanilla flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until smooth, gradually adding sugar, vanilla flavor, eggs and quark. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and add tablespoon at a time, then stir in the cream at the very end.
  2. Pour the batter into a hot waffle iron in portions, bake golden brown waffles and dust the waffles with powdered sugar before serving.
  3. Makes 6-7 waffles.
