Ingredients

  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 g lentils
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • 4 fish fillet (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the lentils a few hours beforehand.
  2. Cut the onions into fine cubes. Chop the peppers into small cubes.
  3. Sauté the onions in butter. Stir in paprika powder, tomato paste and sugar and pour in the broth. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the lentils, diced paprika and a little thyme. Simmer uncovered until the lentils are soft, about 25 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. In the meantime, season, flour and fry the fish fillets. Arrange on top of the lentil vegetables.
