- 250 g potato (s)
- 500 g redfish fillet (s)
- 1 packet spinach leaves
- 1 can crabs or fresh
- 1 cup cream, possibly more
- 1 lemon (s)
- Cheese, for gratin
- salt and pepper

- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Put in a baking dish and season with a lot of salt. Pour in the cream and place in the preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Wash and dry the fish, cut into slices and drizzle with lemon. Put the fish on the potatoes and season with salt, pepper and curry. Then 15 minutes in the oven.
- Prepare the spinach according to the instructions with lots of garlic. Blanch the crabs in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Put the spinach and shrimp on the fish, season with salt and pepper, add the cheese and bake again.
