Ingredients

  • 600 g fish fillet (s) (catfish)
  • 1 small Glass capers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30 g iner root
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 30 g butter

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fish fillet (e.g. catfish or another fish with firm meat that does not disintegrate when frying), cut into small pieces, approx.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a large pan and add the fish, fry for about 10 minutes and turn from time to time. Meanwhile, cut the garlic cloves into small cubes and grate the ginger with a fine grater. When the fish pieces are brown, make some space for the garlic and ginger in the middle of the pan and fry them at the lower temperature. Drain the capers from the glass and add to the fish. Pour the juice of half a lemon over the fish in the pan and then mix the fish, capers, garlic and ginger in the pan. Heat for a few more minutes, then serve or - depending on your taste - melt the butter in the fish pan and stir in the juice of the second half of the lemon and mix everything together.
  3. Jacket potatoes go well with it.
