Ingredients

  • 4 slices pineapple (can)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 small Glass cognac
  • 1 tablespoon maraschino
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 orange (s), untreated, the grated peel it
  • 0.25 liter ¼ whipped cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Perfume the pineapple slices with maraschino and let stand for 10 minutes. Rub the peel of the orange and mix with the sugar.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and let the pineapple slices get hot. Pour cognac over and light. Scatter the grated orange peel mixed with sugar during the flambé. Serve while still burning and garnish with whipped cream.
